		<description>Aye Up Johnny!!!     These bands are Bio-degradable (as stated by Royal Mail in an article published in Lewisham in 2006).Royal Mail use 342000000 of them each year,and claim that the majority of them are re-used (or left on the gearsticks of all the Postie vans I buy).</description>
