Mollys haven’t had the shop that long, the shop cant be making money hence its closig down. Retailers are having a bad time at the moment.

Yep, bad for Hoylake that another business is closing. Don’t forget that Heaps is closing soon too. The gents outfitters was called J Barry or something like that.

The big “shop” at 12 Market Street, last called Culture and years ago a second-had car sales place is subject to planning permission for conversion to a cafe and takeaway.

Oh dear! Seems the credit crunch is leaving some gaping holes in Market Street..

Lots of properties listed as for sale or rent just on the Savi website including Eskimo, Ann’s Florists, Mooch and former gents outfitters next door, Bar Cuba and new Wirral Horn Arcade development. Let’s hope it doesn’t go back to the terrible state it was in during the ’70s and 80s.
