This is a golden opportunity for the regeneration aspirations. With hard work it must be possible to lever in the public investment so needed to boost the village centre and seafront, even with the inevitable public spending cuts and David Cameron's policy to do away with the NWDA, and much needed private investment in the hospitalty, retail and services sector. Good luck to all!
