Sharon McGiveron has been in touch with details of a local group that run regular Arthritis Care Meetings. This is what Sharon has to say about the group:
Hoylake (Wirral) arthritis care meetings are held monthly, usually 3rd Wednesday from 1.30 at Hoylake Community Centre. Our next meeting is on 14th April.
We are always looking for new members but we also need more committee members including a secretary. We are a new social networking group for anyone from Wirral of any age, male or female affected by any type of arthritis. We run quizes, invite guest speakers and want to run outings over the summer. We ask for a small £1.00 contribution to attend. We are also always on the lookout for speakers to talk about anything – hobbies, local history, sport or anything.
