Hoylake Lifeboat Museum fund raising launch

HOYLAKE LIFEBOAT MUSEUM APPEAL

On 24th June the Trustees of Hoylake Lifeboat Museum will be launching their Funding Appeal at Melrose Hall in Hoylake. The event will also see the inauguration of the Friends of Hoylake Lifeboat Museum.

The event begins with a charity lunch at 12.30pm, tickets priced £5.00 per head and a limited number still available from John Parr by emailing hilbre1948@aol.com

Lunch will include a presentation and the first showing of a film made by the Museum group, featuring Hoylake and Hilbre Island.

Melrose Hall will remain open all afternoon for those interested to drop by and talk to the Committee, view the film and discuss how the Museum may look.

A formal presentation will take place again at 7.00pm, hopefully a convenient time for those who have been working in the day. Refreshments will be available.

The Museum Committee hopes as many as possible will come along and will share their own thoughts and ideas.
