I’ve received notification that the server (computer) that this website is hosted on is due to be replaced with a more energy-efficient, faster and more reliable one. That all sounds like a good thing and it is – but there’s a possible minor downside.
Hoylake Junction might be down for just a short while at some point within the next week and email might be too. The site might not be down at all yet or it could happen in the middle of night due to time differences (the server is actually located in sunny California) – I don’t have an exact date & time for the upgrade.
But when the upgrade is complete I’ll publish a test post and if you think I’ve missed an email then feel free to let me know.
By the way, if you publish a website or blog yourself and its related to Hoylake or Wirral feel free to let me know as I might be able to give you a mention at some point. Heck, you could also mention Hoylake Junction on your site maybe!
