The second photo in the new series entitled Friday Photo – if you missed the first one last week then do take a look at an old Hoylake landmark. Pictured is the well maintained (left hand) bowling green in Meols gardens and I think I’m right in saying that this was the first cut of the season.
I took this photo on Monday lunchtime and it was a lovely spring day in Hoylake, warm and sunny with hardly a breath of wind – so that makes a change!
We used to play football on there, erm, sorry.
