Wirral Festival of Firsts has launched two fantastic competitions with great cash prizes in the run up to this year’s event-packed festival.
The Poetry Competition, now in its third year, is joined this year by a brand new Photographic Competition to be judged by Mike McCartney and local prize-winning artist Marianthi Lainas. The theme for the Photography Competition is ‘Urban versus Nature’.
Both competitions offer cash prizes including a top prize of £200 for the winners. Short-listed entries to both competitions will be displayed at a special exhibition in Hoylake to launch the Festival on 6th July.
