Below are some more events for your diary. Strictly speaking the St Johns events should be listed on my Meols site – but as I’m not really doing much on that site right now they can go here. And as my mum will probably be helping about at somepoint I’d best give the church a mention !

At St Johns Church, Meols

Saturday May 16th. 

On Goose Green. Vikings Day. See how the Vikings Lived on their encampment. 10-30a.m. to 4 p.m. Refreshments all day in Church centre. Free Admission.

Tuesday May 26th.

Decorating the Church for Pentecost by Kate Russell a well known Flower Arranger. Come and see how to do beautiful Arrangements for the Church. £5 to include tea and biscuits.

Saturday June 20th.

Patronal Festival.

10 a.m. Opening by the Mayor of Wirral

11 a.m. Kuki and Krums Clowns.

12-30 to 1 -30p.m. Modjango. Concert in Church featuring Gypsy Jazz.

2p.m. to 4 p.m. AARON, Childrens Entertainer

Charities invited to take a stall for £10-00 to advertise or sell goods for their Charity.

At Melrose Hall, Hoylake.

Saturday May 23rd

CRAFT, PLANT AND GOOD AS NEW FAIR. 10a.m.  till 4 p.m. Admission Free. Refreshments all day. Shop Locally!
