The above building on the corner of Trinity Road and North Parade was once called Fellowship House (perhaps it still is?) and was a home for the blind. It subsequently became a Wirral Borough Council home for people with learning disabilities. It has appeared to be have been empty for quite some time.
However, Hoylake resident Vincent Cranny has contacted me to say that some internal construction work is being undertaken on the building.
Does anybody know what the works are for and is the building about to used again?
