Hoylake Library Closure Reviewed

On the eve of the first batch of Wirral Libraries closures, Culture Secretary Andy Burnham has put a hold on the proceedings. A local inquiry will now be held to examine if the council is fulfilling it’s obligation to provide a comprehensive library service. The decision of the review will be announced in June.
