Further to the post about the Stephen Hesford expense claims today The Telegraph reports that Mr Hesford has a second home  in London. Mr Hesford has a flat in Kennington, south London. In 2005-6 he put through a £5,599 bill for a new bathroom and reportedly challenged the fees office when told the most he would be allowed was £3,500. The Telegraph does not clarify if this was the end of the matter.
