A road sweeper truck was down on North Parade today as the council attempt to clean up Friday’s windblown sand.
The golfers in the unique Willow Golf challenge successfully completed their target of playing all 6 English courses to have staged the Open in 24 hours. They arrived by helicopter at Royal Liverpoool, Hoylake and tee off was at 1.20pm.
I popped along to the Hoylake & Meols In Bloom garden party fundraiser yesterday afternoon. I’ll hopefully have some photos for you all in the next day or so.

There will be a Craft Fair on Saturday at Melrose Hall 10-00a.m. to 4 p.m.
Come along to the Hoylake Allotment stall for plants and Veg and also buy unusual gifts and cards etc, why go out of hoylake.
We are holding this event on the 4th Saturday of each month and hope the local people support our efforts.
If you have things you make to sell, come and see us and we can all help each other.
