The most expensive Hoylake property currently for sale is in Stanley Road with an asking price is £2.25 million. The least expensive property is a retirement flat in Elmtree Court on Birkenhead Road with an asking price of £98,950.
Across Wirral as a whole, average property prices rose 0.4% giving an annual change of -12.7%.
