Rumours Of Open Golf Return For 2014
According to the Daily Mail the Open Golf Championship is coming back to Hoylake’s Royal Liverpool in 2014. Let’s hope someone schedules the fantastic weather again – summer, 2006 was glorious!

Just heard on the BBC news that The Open venue for 2013 was announced today as Muirfield as predicted in the Daily Mail so it might well be right about it returning to Hoylake in 2014!
Perhaps this will encourage the Council to get going on more renovation projects around the station and the promenade? Or perhaps not! Here’s hoping anyway.

Just heard it announced on BBC Radio 5 Live that the Open will return to Hoylake in 2014
