Food Hygiene: How does your favourite Hoylake venue score?

food hygieneWirral Council has finally published food hygiene ratings for outlets across Wirral that serve food. The list not includes restaurants and takeaways but venues such as schools, care homes and even churches that serve lunches etc.

The rating is based on a score from 0 to 5 where 0 indicates ‘urgent improvement required’ and 5 indicates ‘very good’. You can read more about the rating system here.

So how did venues in your home town of Hoylake score? Simply click here and see for yourself. Unfortunately, the search facility isn’t that accurate so you’ll see a couple of venues from outside Hoylake.

You might, or might not, be surprised with some of the ratings – now that you’ve seen them are you put off from buying from a venue that currently has a low rating?
