Revised plans for a new development of apartments in Grosvenor Road have been submitted for planning approval.
GB Developments are seeking approval for two new apartment blocks, each offering two 2-bed apartments, in a narrow piece of land in Grosvenor Road. These revised plans replace those submitted in 2013 that were objected to by several residents.
A decision on the application is not due before 16th September.
