heap-and-partners

Long established engineering business Heap & Partners is closing it’s two Hoylake operations and is relocating to Birkenhead.

Most locals will know the business simply as Heaps and it’s been based at the end of Newton Road, behind the Manor Road train station for many years. What many locals may not know is that Heaps have another premises on the Carr Lane estate. The Newton Road building is their head office and is called Britannia House. Their main warehouse on the Carr Lane is called Rallim House. Their website states the business is relocating to new premises in Birkenhead to meet a long-term desire to improve efficiency.

The Britannia House and Rallim House properties are now listed (via a search) on the open market with asking prices of £1m and £750,000 respectively – letting is also available.
