This Saturday afternoon and evening sees some of Hoylake’s pubs and bars supporting the Oxjam musical charity event (you can read more about Oxjam here). I took the above photo from outside Vanilla Lounge earlier this afternoon. The Blue Anchor looked to be busy and The Plasterers was staging an event too, so it wasn’t just the newer bars supporting the event. Not sure what musical tastes were being catered for but I gather Oxjam music festivals hope to include a wide variety of music.
