Merry Christmas

snowy phone box

Just wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Photo above of the phone box opposite Sandringham Avenue on the main road was obviously not taken this week. It was 13c yesterday and I went out late afternoon for a run in shorts (I feel the cold) on December 23rd!

Rather fresh down on the beach at 9’ish this morning in that strong wind. By the way, because they’ve been removing banked-up sand from behind the prom wall, the commemorative plaque is easy to see at the moment

The photo above is a favourite of mine and one that I snapped on 18th December 2010 at twenty-past ten in the morning …I guess I must’ve waited until there was a gap in the traffic, so no cars driving past.

See you in 2015.

Good photo, I love the red against the monochrome greys. Happy Christmas!
