Missing Sculpture Plaque

Does anybody know why the plaque has gone from the small knots sculpture at The Quadrant? The plaque had a poem inscribed that was written by local historian Elizabeth Davey. I published the poem in this post back in April.

Jan Foster has brought this to my attention, so Jan obviously doesn’t know why it’s been removed. Can you shed any light on this one?
