I happened to be walking by the location of Hoylake’s Victorian water fountain opposite the Community Centre when I noticed it had been removed:
As you can see, it’s on the back of a lorry. I did ask one of the blokes if it was coming back and he said it was being taken away for repairs. Does this sign make you think we’ll be having drinking water on tap when the fountain comes back?
