Bej, the vegetarian restaurant that opened in Hoylake last July has closed.
In what appears to be a change in direction by some of the business partners behind the venture, Bej has closed and will re-open this Friday under new management with a new chef and new menu.

Update: I understand that Bej has indeed reopened and as far as I know is still a vegetarian restaurant.
It’s now called “Ej” and is no longer vegitatian (http://www.ejrestaurants.co.uk/view-our-menu/).
