Hoylake in Bloom: Garden party raises over £2000

Jan Foster writes:

We are thrilled to announce that we raised just over £2000.00 at our Friends of Hoylake and Meols in Bloom garden party. Thank you to everyone who came out on such an awful day. I hope you all had lots of fun. A huge thank you to all local businesses and friends who contributed to the raffle and really amazing cakes. Thank you to our Mayor Mr Gerry Ellis and Esther McVey who auctioned some amazing decorated cup cakes.

Here’s a selection of photos from the day (click for larger):

My wife made 18 jars of Jam for Hoylake Allotment Society, others did too, for that day & they sold out, so it was a good day, but shame no photo of the Allotment table 🙁

It was a really nice event and I was chuffed to be part of it.

      Cheers folks
