This relatively new property on Meols Drive that was listed for sale with an asking price of £1.175 million has sold (according to the board outside). I’ll be checking the land registry for the actual purchase price details in the next month or so.
Meanwhile, this grand old house still has a For Sale sign outside and from what I can see, hasn’t yet sold.
