Plaque Is Back

Thanks to Neil Mitchell (Wirral Borough Council) for notifying me that the plaque has been replaced on the small sculpture at The Quadrant. You may recall that person(s) unknown removed the plaque late last year.

The plaque has now been afixed with both a specialist glue and prison screws. Let’s hope it’s not pinched again.
